Hours of Operation
We are generally open seven days a week March through November.  We close on Sundays in January and on Sundays for most of February.  We are closed on most major holidays and for a couple of weeks just after Thanksgiving every year.  We open at 6:00PM for dinner only and 5:30PM on holiday weekends.

Our Story
Three friends came to visit Grayton Beach and 30A in September 1999 looking for a restaurant business opportunity.  They found Borago for sale and reopened it's doors on March 1, 2000.  After a couple of years Borago was owned and run by two of the three friends.  Both remaining owners are chefs and at least one, if not both, can be found cooking every night we are open.
